Large Group Training


Experience the power of group training with our Large Group Training program at Bell House Training in Byron Center, MI. Our 40-minute training sessions are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, this program offers a dynamic and engaging workout experience that will leave you feeling motivated and accomplished.
Participants in our Large Group Training program will engage in a variety of exercises and activities led by our experienced trainers, aimed at improving strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether you're a beginner looking to jumpstart your fitness journey or an advanced athlete seeking a new challenge, our program will cater to your needs.
Circuit-style training designed for first-timers or regular gym-goers, utilizing bikes, ski-ergs, rowers, tanks, cables, slam balls, ropes, bands, barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and so much more!
Our programming is designed on a 6-week cycle to help you improve in more areas than just one. We don’t want you to work out with us - we want you to train with us!
It’s our goal for you to learn the “WHY” behind what we do.
Every 6 weeks, we focus on 4 main movement patterns to help you not only get stronger but also dial in your form and understanding of each exercise. We repeat these exercises twice a week under relatively the same conditions so that you can progress in these movements.
We focus on a well-rounded balance of strength, cardio conditioning, core, stability, and power training.

As always, these training sessions are designed to be taken at YOUR PACE! It’s our goal as Coaches above all else to make sure you are completing each exercise safely and effectively!
